We're looking for a
Research Associate
with proven skills in the laboratory to bring precision, curiosity, and collaboration to our laboratory. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love structured lab work, and want to contribute to meaningful projects, this is your chance The position is a 12-month fixed term maternity leave cover, and ideal for someone with hands-on laboratory experience and a passion for analytical work in a dynamic research environment. Preferred start date is as soon as possible, but at the latest in February-March 2026.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily laboratory work, including synthesis and routine analyses
- Conduct analytical testing and ensure accurate documentation of results
- Support structured and collaborative lab routines
- Maintain a high standard of organization and safety in the lab
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, managing multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
What Makes You The Right Fit
- Degree as a Laboratory Technician
- Prior experience in hands-on laboratory work, lab synthesis and advanced analytical techniques
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Professional fluency in English
Prior experience and knowledge on analytical functionality and seaweed R&D or similar fields is considered as an advantage.
