Senior Radio Frequency Engineer

is looking for an experienced and highly motivated
radio frequency engineer

What will you be doing?

You will undertake a leading role in design and development of new microwave circuits for both current and future Radar products. You will be working closely with the team of talented RF- & microwave engineers in R&D hardware. Key assignments include:

1. Working on the hardware development of our next generation flagship radar technology
2. Drive the Radar and RF design on an innovative basis, exploring the newest technologies, components and parts.
3. Link budget and system calculations.
4. Development and implementation of RF circuits i.e. Amplifiers, LNAs, Oscillators, PLL circuits, Mixers, Patch Array Antennas etc. (primarily at X-band and k-band in microstrip technology).
5. Collaborating closely with Embedded Software and Tracking teams during product development and verification.
6. Be up to date with trends and technology within RF and Microwave components and systems (uW, mmW, LIDAR etc.) and instrumentation.

Requirements - What are we looking for?

Required

1. 5+ years' experience within RF/Micro-Wave technology engineering on min. B.Sc level.
2. Solid theoretical background within microwave technology and ability and interest in adapting to practical implementation.
3. Experience with Microwave circuit simulation tools and design.
4. Advanced user of relevant lab test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, spectrum-analyzer, network analyzer, etc.).
5. Understanding of Signal processing and data analysis.

Preferable

1. Interest in mechanical design.
2. Python scripting and data analysis.
3. Interest in and understanding of signal processing and tracking methods.
4. Knowledge of regulatory standards' impact on design choices.
5. Experience with production of high-performance microwave circuits and systems.
