Project Manager

The Project Manager is a professional who drives a project forward and reports on progress to the Sponsor. 
The R&D Project Manager plan the project, develop a schedule, assemble a project team and handle their workload throughout the project's life cycle. Project managers are also responsible for leading risk and the budget.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution.
• Create detailed schedule, project parameters and budget expectations.
• Meet with customers or clients to clarify specific requirements 
• Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external collaborators.
• Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs.
• Conduct periodic scope, schedule and cost reviews to identify needed adjustments.
• Measure project performance and progress.

Who You Are:

You are a professional manager with extensive experience, particularly in engaging with different stakeholders across all organizational levels. You have deep knowledge of the industrial market landscape in Denmark and have a strong interest in business development and pipeline building. You are motivated by demonstrating high-level industrial software as a business enabler, determined, open-minded, and recognize the importance of teamwork and bringing in the right experts when needed. You are passionately motivated to make an impact, always deliver outstanding work, and act with integrity.   

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project management 
• Effective written and verbal communications skills, being able to address executives, colleagues, and customer with confidence.
• Familiar with project management and processes, strong time management skills with the ability to work with short deadlines
• A strong personal drive - Targeted and results-oriented, excellent work organization and team-working skills
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
