The Role

As a Customer Advisor, you'll play an important part in our team, helping customers find the right solutions within windows and doors – both online via phone and email, and in our showroom.

You'll be the customer's trusted partner from the first contact to the final decision, ensuring a safe, professional, and inspiring buying experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice and service to customers via phone, email, chat, and in our showroom
  • Preparing and following up on quotations
  • Handling orders, claims, and other customer-related cases
  • Participating in local activities and events in the showroom
  • Contributing to the improvement of the customer experience and internal processes

Your primary workplace will be our showroom in Vanløse, but you may occasionally be required to work from our showroom in Roskilde – for example, during campaigns, illness, or holiday periods.


Your Qualifications
  • You communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally – both in writing and speech
  • You are empathetic and have a natural desire to help customers find the right solutions
  • You work in a structured and independent way and thrive in a busy environment
  • You are comfortable using IT systems and CRM tools
  • You speak and write Danish fluently and can communicate in English
  • Experience within sales, customer service, or technical advising is an advantage – but not a requirement

You are friendly, curious, and engaged – and motivated by creating great customer experiences.

You contribute positively to the team, take ownership of your tasks, and stay calm under pressure.

Your educational background is not decisive – what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

Weekend shifts are a natural part of the position.
