Vores IT-platform forbinder aktørerne i affaldsbranchen og gør cirkulær affaldshåndtering 
konkret og håndterbar
. Vi hjælper virksomheder og organisationer med at reducere affald, øge genbrug og genanvendelse og dermed redde værdifulde ressourcer – samtidig med at vi reducerer omkostninger og accelererer rejsen mod en cirkulær økonomi.

For at hjælpe endnu flere kunder i Danmark styrker vi nu teamet og søger en kollega til 
Customer Support & Planning
, som vil være med til at udvikle vores kundeservicefunktion og skabe de bedste oplevelser for både nye og eksisterende kunder.

Dine opgaver

Første kontaktpunkt for kunder – du hjælper, lytter og finder løsninger.

Koordinere mellem kunder og vores affaldstransportører, så indsamlinger kører som planlagt.

Udvikle og forbedre kundeservicefunktion og interne processer.

Støtte kolleger i onboarding af nye kunder og yde administrativ hjælp, hvor der er brug for det.

Bidrage aktivt til en smidig drift i en hverdag med høj aktivitet og vækst.

Du er den rette, hvis du

Must-have

Har erfaring med kundeservice, planlægning eller administration (gerne drifts-/kundeorienteret).

Er IT-stærk og nysgerrig på nye systemer og digitale værktøjer.

Taler og skriver 
dansk
 flydende og 
engelsk
 på et stærkt niveau.

Trives med mange kontaktflader og bevarer overblikket, også når der er travlt.

Nice-to-have

Kendskab til affaldsbranchen eller logistik.

Erfaring fra scale-up/SMV med forandring og vækst.
