In the CIP 2.0 Platform, CIP Fund Solutions - platform delivery company providing complex fund management and investment services - is currently looking for an AI Developer to join our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Team
As an AI Developer, you will join the developing and growing IT organization within CIP Fund Solutions and report to the Head of App's & Ops.

The team is responsible for managing, developing, maintaining, governing and securing our Microsoft Platform, including a growing ERP environment that is currently going through a cloud transition.

Our key focus is to optimize and automate IT processes that integrate our Microsoft infrastructure and platforms and combine everything into scalable, well performing modern Cloud only Platforms. As part of this team, you will be a key part in growing our AI capability, as we have recently launched Microsoft CoPilot to key stakeholders within the CIP community

The role
As our new AI Developer in CIP Fund Solutions' COO area, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that enhance automation, efficiency, and business value. You will work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Your knowledge of AI systems will be central to building robust AI models, integrating them into our IT landscape, and ensuring their ongoing performance and reliability. You will contribute to both classic machine learning and generative AI projects, supporting our goal to be a leader in digital innovation

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to

• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for business-critical applications
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows (MLOps/DevOps)
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business teams to qualify new AI projects and define solution architecture
• Integrate AI solutions into cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure) and ensure seamless operation within the IT landscape
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all AI development activities
• Continuously improve AI solutions through code reviews, technical support, documentation, and knowledge sharing

We are looking for a candidate with a solid technical background and a commitment to developing innovative AI solutions. You thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment and enjoy solving complex problems with advanced technology

The ideal candidate possesses a robust educational background in software engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline and brings several years of practical experience with machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment

You have solid programming skills—especially in Python—are essential, along with familiarity with other relevant languages. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, containerization technologies as Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is highly valued, as is an understanding of MLOps/DevOps practices for scalable AI deployment. Familiarity with equity funds or the financial sector is regarded as a plus.
