BESTSELLER Finance is looking for 2 Finance Graduates to be key players in developing our international finance organisation. 

JOIN BESTSELLER'S FINANCE GRADUATE PROGRAMME
BESTSELLER's Finance Graduate Programme is a 2-year development journey where you will be exposed to tasks and strategic projects across our international finance organisation and you will get the opportunity to collaborate with skilled and passionate colleagues from all corners of our finance community. After graduation, you are expected to take international positions within our international finance organisation, temporarily or for a longer period, depending on the business need.

YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
During the programme, you will experience a steep learning curve that enables you to build new competencies while taking on tasks that challenge and grow your skills. With data as the backbone of our work, you will act as a trusted partner on various projects, supporting data-driven decision-making and contributing to organisational growth through data handling and modelling, financial and business analysis, process optimisation, stakeholder collaboration/management, and close collaboration across our Global Finance organisation and other functional areas.

Our Graduate Programme is tailored to you, with rotations designed around your profile and ambitions while balancing the needs of the business. You'll complete at least three rotations within Finance in Denmark, abroad, and in areas beyond Finance – ensuring you gain diverse experiences and perspectives.

YOUR PROFILE
You are looking for an international financial career and ready to take a leading role in a dynamic environment, where you work in different parts of BESTSELLER in Denmark and abroad, during and after the Finance Graduate Programme. You have a collaborative and inclusive mindset and can bring people together around common goals. You are curious and ready to explore new terrain, also outside the Finance functions. You see opportunities and challenges as is to take BESTELLER Finance to the next level. You will be on a constant learning journey, and you take responsibility for your tasks and development.

YOUR ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

• A relevant Master's degree within International Finance, Finance, International Business, Business Administration or similar
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
• International mindset

The application window will be open from November 20th 2025 until January 4th 2026.
