The Norwegian group is a leading Nordic aviation company, headquartered at Fornebu outside Oslo, Norway. The company has over 8,600 employees and owns two of the prominent airlines in the Nordics:
Norwegian Air Shuttle

Widerøe's Flyveselskap
. Widerøe was acquired by Norwegian in 2024, aiming to facilitate seamless air travel across the two airline's networks.
Norwegian Air Shuttle, the largest Norwegian airline with around 5,100 employees, operates an extensive route network connecting Nordic countries to key European destinations. In 2024, Norwegian carried over 22,6 million passengers and our fleet currently consists of 90 Boeing and 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
Widerøe's Flyveselskap, Norway's oldest airline, is Scandinavia's largest regional carrier. The airline has more than 3,500 employees. Mainly operating the short-runway airports in rural Norway, Widerøe operates several state contract routes (PSO routes) in addition to its own commercial network. In 2024, the airline had 3.8 million passengers and a fleet of 49 aircraft, including 46 Bombardier Dash 8's and three Embraer E190-E2's.
Widerøe Ground Handling
provides ground handling services at 41 Norwegian airports.

Are you our new warehouse Manager in Copenhagen?
Are you a dynamic leader with experience in supply chain management, logistics, and a passion for optimising operational efficiency?
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Copenhagen Airport.
In this role, you will oversee our warehouse operations within the Maintenance (Part-145) organization, ensuring the smooth delivery of materials, parts, and supplies to meet operational needs.
Your leadership will be key in driving efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and implementing cost-saving initiatives, while also managing a dedicated team of professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a high impact on technical costs and operational success.

People & Team Management
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Lead and develop a team of 10-15 FTE, aligning with company values.
- Supervise, coach, and train team members to boost performance and output.
- Develop a skills matrix and continuous training programme to improve team capabilities.
Financial Accountability
- Serve as the first approver of invoices, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.
- Manage costs effectively while maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient delivery of materials and supplies to meet operational requirements.
- Forecast scalability and develop plans to meet future operational needs.
- Deploy effective inventory management practices to minimise costs while maintaining accuracy.
- Optimise shift planning to ensure efficient use of resources.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with Part-145 regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the handling of dangerous goods, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Respond to applicable safety reports, ensuring timely resolution.
Performance Management
- Develop and track KPIs that align operational objectives with strategic goals in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Employee, and Cost.
- Implement lean methodologies (such as 5S) to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.
You Are Our Ideal Candidate If
- You have 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably within an airline environment.
- You have strong knowledge of Part-145 regulations and industry best practices for parts management.
- You have proven experience in lean methodology implementation and cost-saving initiatives.
- You have leadership experience with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have proficiency in AMOS, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language.
