As we continue our journey to become the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we're looking for a Student Employee to join our Treasury Team. You'll help us
strengthen and expand our data-driven foundation
— using
coding and automation
to make us even faster, better and more agile in our daily decision-making across the Treasury function, while also supporting our C-level management and key stakeholders.

As our new
Student Employee
, you will be part of our
Treasury team
. The team currently comprises
four dedicated colleagues based in Aarhus
, working in close and daily collaboration with the Treasury Middle Office team of three colleagues located in Copenhagen. Together, we focus on building and maintaining a strong, data-driven foundation that enables Lunar to manage liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk efficiently — supporting strategic decisions across the organization and acting as the internal bank within the Lunar Group.

What will you do?

• Assist in the development and automation of a Non-Maturing Deposit (NMD) model, supporting the analysis of interest rate risk drivers and the hedging of liability-related risks.
• Contribute to the interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements related to the NMD model, including proposing practical and data-driven solutions.
• Support the design,
  automation, and maintenance of the Treasury data mart,
  as well as handling daily data operations and issue resolution.
• Create and improve dashboards and visualizations
  for the Treasury team to enable
  fast, data-driven decisions
  within cash, liquidity, and risk management.

  within economics, finance, mathematics, data science, or a similar field.
• You have
  strong analytical skills

  programming experience
  and an interest in automation and data.
• You are curious about the intersection between
  banking, risk management,
  and
  technology
  , and eager to learn how Treasury operates as an internal bank.
• You have a good understanding of (or a strong interest in learning about)
  interest rate risk, liquidity, and regulatory frameworks.
• You are
  structured, detail-oriented,
  and capable of transforming data into clear insights and visualizations.
• You thrive in a
  collaborative environment,
  working closely with colleagues across Aarhus and Copenhagen, and can take initiative on your own projects.
