Drive, challenge and enhance our recruitment process
You will manage a broad range of end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on continuous improvement to help us stay ahead. As our dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant in Copenhagen, you will lead local hiring efforts while staying closely connected with TA colleagues in Aarhus, Cologne, and Bucharest.

You will be a key driver in expanding our presence in Copenhagen and continuing the great work already done to build successful teams here. This means that you will also naturally be involved in other people-related processes, through your main focus is attracting and hiring top talent.

On a daily basis, you will:

• drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview facilitation and candidate assessments
• take part in events and collaborate with employer branding colleagues from Aarhus and Bucharest to attract candidates to our office in Copenhagen
• collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify the team's specific needs and develop a tailored recruitment strategy that adds value
• engage with both internal and external researchers who will support you in finding the right candidates
• contribute to the team spirit, performance and collaboration across our locations.

You will be a part of a highly dedicated and experienced recruitment team of 14 professionals located in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Cologne, and Bucharest working together to attract and hire approx. 250 new colleagues every year.

Skilled and experienced recruiter with focus on making the right hire
You could be our new colleague if you:

• have 5+ years of experience with recruitment ranging from specialist to management level
• are skilled and enjoy handling stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• can navigate in a fast-paced environment, where recruitments frequently top the strategic agenda
• love the feeling that comes from successfully closing a spot-on hire and welcoming a new colleague
• work effortlessly in English and master Danish on a at least a conversational level.

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
