The Position:

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare top-quality sushi and sashimi, respecting Japanese traditions while experimenting with new combinations.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficiency and quality of the dishes.
• Carefully curate the presentation of dishes, always aiming for perfection.
• Manage the freshness and quality of ingredients, ensuring they are always impeccable.
• Actively contribute to the restaurant's growth by proposing creative and innovative ideas for our menus.
• Mentor junior colleagues and participate in team training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in high-quality restaurants (minimum 3 years).
• In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese culinary culture.
• Creativity and passion for innovation in Japanese cuisine.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, even in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow with the team.
• Proficiency in English (Danish is a plus but not essential).
