We enhance our industrial system and enable scalability and profitable growth with a digital landscape that is simple, connected and resilient.Digital Technology Solutions is dedicated to the development and operation of digital products and platforms combined with the business engagement and digital transformation efforts needed for Vestas to take benefit of the digital investments.The department Digital Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transport and Supply Chain department contains around 90 people working with business engagement, development and support.Goal is to standardize and simplify Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transport and Supply Chain Planning across Vestas and external partners through Digital Capabilities. Equipping teams with effective digital tools for decision-making and implementation enhances the experience for both employees and partners, leading to better value capture.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze requirements by working with stakeholders to define needs and write clear user stories with the Product OwnerReview and improve processes, helping design better workflows with the Product Owner and Digital Logistics and External Manufacturing teamBridge business and IT, translating needs into user stories and clarifying business logic for the technical teamSupport prioritization by estimating tasks and contributing to backlog grooming and sprint planningAssist with testing, creating test cases and helping business users validate solutions before launchSupport change and rollout, helping with communication, training, and adoption across the organizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, preferably within Supply Chain ManagementMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in working within Supply Chain and LogisticsExperience working in the Trade Flows such as Intercompany and Cross Border Trade is highly valuableFluency in English, both written and spokenExperience working in an Agile environment & DevOps system is beneficialFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA, or similar systems is valuableCompetenciesProficient analytical and business skillsExperience in defining requirements and modeling processesEffective communication skills, able to engage both business and IT stakeholdersMotivated and resourceful, capable of performing tasks without close supervisionFamiliar with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and an agile way of thinkingWhat We OfferAt Vestas, we aim to create an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative workplace where skills and motivation can thrive.
