We are looking for an eCommerce Key Account Manager with a strong commercial approach, account management capabilities, innovative mentality, and a collaborative nature to help one of the most loved brands deliver on its mission to deliver growth for our eCommerce partners. Core ResponsibilitiesThe key objective of this role is to further develop the joint business and partnership with our biggest, strategic and thus most important accounts in the Nordic region.
We would welcome a proven eCommerce insight focused customer centric professional preferably within a Sales or Marketing (B2B) or relevant in-market Retailer (D2C), who has a keen commercial eye to identify new opportunities that have a positive impact for company and our key Nordic retail partners.

The team is characterised by being open, fun, and diverse with team members from various countries and backgrounds, yet with one common mission: to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow through Nordic B2B eCommerce channels.
Do you have what it takes?
- In-depth experience in an eCommerce commercial role preferably with an international FMCG organization, we will also consider applicants sitting in a relevant role within an in-market Retailer.
- Highly proficient in delivering value based online first tailored customer value proposition through high quality customer planning, development, and implementation of customer joint business plans with ownership of the P&L acting both strategically and commercially.
- A natural communicator with an ability to build relationships collaboratively with both internal and external partners, crafting engaging storylines to convince and drive commercial impact.
- An informal leader sharing experiences and knowledge role-modeling across eCommerce sales and beyond.
- A teammate, with a collaborative and inclusive approach partnering with the wider sales teams as well as marketing, customer service, and retail media.
- Expertise in the usage of MS Office and Power BI and the ability to utilise the data commercially is important.
- Proficiency in English language skills is needed; an additional Scandinavian language would be welcomed.
- It is a requirement to work at least 3 days per week in the office stated in the contract of employment.
