About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Work Stream Lead to strengthen internal logistics for a major industrial production line. You will play a central role in shaping the logistical setup, supporting cross-site collaboration, and ensuring processes are aligned with operational and strategic objectives.

The role focuses on optimizing internal flows, enabling new ways of working, and supporting the transition toward
lean and stable production processes
. You will engage closely with stakeholders across Production, Planning, Engineering, Inbound, and Outbound to secure well-coordinated and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management
    initiatives supporting process and system transitions
  • Ensure strong
    stakeholder alignment
    across multiple functions and locations
  • Prioritize and
    manage improvement projects
    with high operational impact
  • Support the development of
    lean-oriented
    processes and standardization
  • Strengthen
    warehouse management
    and internal logistics planning
  • Use SAP and related systems
    to improve transparency and performance

Your Profile

  • Experience in internal logistics
    within a production environment
  • Strong
    stakeholder management
    capabilities
  • Solid understanding of production processes and lean thinking
  • Proven ability to
    implement change
    and handle resistance
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • SAP-and logistics system experience
  • Ability to motivate floor staff
    to drive initiatives, even when they are already overburdened
  • Planning and coordination
    with other stakeholders (Outbound, Planning, and Inbound)
