Your Job

As our new Student Worker, you will play a key role in supporting operational activities across the Nordics. Your tasks will focus on data collection, monitoring, and analysis. Based at Nestlé's Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will work closely with the Nespresso team and report to our Nordic Sustainability Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data collection and analysis.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards.
• Support budget tracking and vendor management.
• Contribute to audit processes.
• Help design and implement new operational standards, procedures, and ways of working.

We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 178 per hour, plus pension and all the coffee you can drink In addition to this, we offer:

We are looking for:

To thrive in this role, you...

• Ideally, have at least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar).
• Are fluent in English.
• Are confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Enjoy working analytically and have a flair for numbers – perhaps you have even worked with Power BI, Copilot, and/or SAP before.
• Strive for accuracy and take that extra step to ensure details are correct.
• Show initiative, take ownership, and are naturally curious.
• Have strong coordination and communication skills, and find it easy to work with many different stakeholders.
