Solution Architect

For vores kunde A/S i København, søger vi en dygtig og forretningsorienteret Solution Architect, der får en unik mulighed for at deltage i virksomhedens fortsatte vækst i et spændende og voksende marked.

Kunden er ledende leverandør af omnichannel commerce software og services, der hjælper kunder med en ensartet oplevelse når der handles instore eller online.

Virksomheden er stiftet i 2006 og har kontorer i Longueil (Canada) og København. De er i dag ejet af børsnoterede Mediagriff Interactive Technologies som også har base i Canada.

Du kommer til at arbejde på kontoret i København, og rapportere direkte til virksomhedens General Manager for europæiske aktiviteter, og vil få et tæt samarbejde med både kunder, internationale kollegaer og det globale partnernetværk.

Jobbet

De leverer "the Orckestra Commerce Cloud", som er en omnichannel commerce løsning til mellemstore og store entreprise retailere og grosister. "Orckestra Commerce Cloud" går længere end traditionelle e-commerce løsninger og platforme, og giver brands muligheden for at levere en helt strømlinet kundeoplevelser på tværs af fysiske og digitale touch-points.

Som Solution Architect bliver du ansvarlig for teknisk presale samt tekniske præsentationer. Du skal kunne præsentere teknik og produktposition til både forretningsansvarlige samt tekniske brugere. Du vil agere i rollen som ekspert og trusted advisor overfor både eksisterende samt potentielle nye kunder. Du bliver medlem af et globalt kompetenceteam.

Primære arbejdsopgaver:
  • Samarbejde med salgsteams, Professional Services og Product Management for at udvikle og implementere strategier og løsninger der imødekommer både eksisterende og potentielle nye kunders behov
  • Hjælpe eksisterende samt potentielle nye kunder med at identificere huller i deres commerce system
  • Definere, præsentere og demonstrere produktløsningskoncepter, implementeringsløsninger og blue prints til kunder, og samarbejdspartnere
Erfaring og kompetencer
  • Min. 5 års erfaring som teknisk salgsingeniør eller tilsvarende relevant erhvervserfaring
  • Bachelorgrad eller tilsvarende uddannelse
  • Flydende engelsk både i skrift og tale
  • Fagligt kendskab til retail entreprise arkitektur, infrastruktur, applikationer og e-commerce samt markedsviden omkring dette
  • Viden om e-commerce, og digital marketing generelt, med et specifikt fokus på Microsoft .NET teknologierne
Kunden tilbyder en attraktiv løn, en arbejdsuge på 37,5 timer samt et behageligt arbejdsmiljø. Rejseaktiviteter forventes at udgøre ca. 10%
