Within the CoE, the Data Enablement and Governance team is responsible for the Data & Analytics foundation – owning the Data & Analytics Platform from a business perspective, setting its strategic direction, ensuring strong data governance, and driving adoption of the products across the business to turn data into real, measurable impact"

How You Will Make An Impact
As Product Manager for Arla's global Data & Analytics Platform, you will be the strategic driver behind one of Arla's most critical technology and business enablers. You'll own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the full suite of Data & Analytics platform products (e.g. Arla's Data Lake, Data Catalogue, Business Glossary, Power BI) – ensuring they form a scalable and future-ready foundation for the entire organization.

You'll align global priorities across business areas, translate enterprise needs into actionable platform capabilities, and ensure adoption that delivers measurable business outcomes – all while balancing agility with stability, compliance, and cost efficiency. Furthermore, you will

• Set and maintain a clear direction for the global Data & Analytics Platform, backed by strong value hypotheses, measurable outcomes, and success criteria.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across Arla – from senior leaders to product teams – to align priorities, validate needs, and champion how the platform enables better decisions and measurable business impact.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and realised business benefits to continuously refine strategy and direction.
• Collaborate closely with Heads of Product and Product Owners, to turn strategic intent into delivery and execution.

You are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a solid understanding of modern data and analytics platforms. You are comfortable setting direction, challenging priorities, and influencing senior stakeholders. You can connect business ambitions with technical possibilities – and turn vision into actionable outcomes. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate brings

• A strategic and visionary product mindset with the ability to connect business goals and technology enablers
• Proven track record in shaping and delivering strategies for data-driven products that create measurable business impact.
• Solid experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder product portfolios or global platforms.
• A business developer mindset able to articulate value, inspire adoption, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Solid understanding of data and analytics technologies (e.g. Databricks, Azure, Collibra, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with agile ways of working and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
