We are now looking for a Head of Cloud Platform who will secure our ability to deliver top-class, stable, and secure services—powering the next generation of our products and supporting our ambitious growth strategy.

About the Role

As Head of Cloud Platform, you will be responsible for ensuring our IT infrastructure is always in a "ready state" to support our business. You will lead, develop, and inspire the team to deliver high-quality, always-on, and secure Cloud Platform services to colleagues and customers.

You will act as a servant leader and playing coach—removing obstacles, providing clarity, and enabling your team to excel. Through strong stakeholder collaboration, you will drive alignment, prioritize effectively, and champion continuous service and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

People & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Cloud Platform team members
• Foster strong relationships with leaders across Scalepoint
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Infrastructure Operations

• Ensure secure, stable, and top-class infrastructure services
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management

Strategic Execution

• Build and maintain an always-updated infrastructure roadmap
• Execute roadmap projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Provide clear prioritization and tactical/operational direction
• Act as a sparring partner and advisor to stakeholders and suppliers

Your Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience building and running reliable and secure cloud-native architectures, whether deployed in public or private cloud
• Experience with Windows and Linux OS platforms
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD based infrastructure management based on desired state configuration
• Experience with DevOps/SRE principles and practices
• Experience as a leader in a mission-critical environment, preferably in SaaS
• Solid project management skills and the ability to parse and evaluate high volumes of information
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Cross-department relationships have strengthened, and collaboration flows smoothly
• Platform is robust, resilient to failure, secure and scalable
• Projects are delivered within time, scope, and cost
• Costs are controlled efficiently and meet agreed targets
• IT compliance controls are passed successfully
• SLAs are met and KPIs are achieved consistently
