Drive strategic sourcing in a global tech environment
As Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for key sourcing categories within Electronics. You will lead initiatives that optimize the value chain with a strong focus on cost efficiency, resilience and flexibility. Your role will be key in ensuring high standards for CSR, quality and delivery performance in a dynamic and global supply setup.

More specifically, you will be:

• Leading cross-functional category strategies and sourcing plans to align with business goals and drive long-term value
• Driving end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance tracking
• Managing risks related to the supply base and contributing to the overall Sourcing Risk Management process
• Developing and implementing supplier engagement strategies to ensure reliability and long-term partnerships
• Identifying and executing cost-saving and value-creation initiatives in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers

You can expect 20 to 35 travel days a year.

You will become a part of the Electronics Direct Materials Sourcing team, consisting of 7 dedicated colleagues with expertise across technical, project and commercial areas. We are looking for a result-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager with great business acumen and strategic thinking. You use your analytical skills and structured way of working to identify the right actions and achieve results. You are naturally driven by exploring new possibilities, collaborating with others, and by negotiating to make things happen.

To succeed in this role, we imagine you:

• Hold a relevant degree within business, engineering or similar, and have at least 5 years of experience applying similar competencies
• Have led and developed global category strategies and know how to establish and mature a strong Category Management setup
• Possess a solid understanding of value chains, negotiations and project execution combined with technical insight and business acumen
• Thrive in cross-functional collaboration and know how to influence, align, and engage stakeholders across functions and geographies

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
