Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Java EE / Spring Boot Developer
to lead the design and development of microservices for OSS provisioning systems. The ideal candidate will architect integrations with Cisco NSO, Netbox, and ServiceNow while ensuring automation, scalability, and adherence to enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of
    Java EE / Spring Boot microservices
    for OSS provisioning platforms.
  • Architect and implement integrations with
    Cisco NSO, Netbox, and ServiceNow
    .
  • Design and maintain
    YANG templates
    , service models, and end-to-end orchestration flows.
  • Review, refactor, and optimize code for high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Define and support
    CI/CD pipelines
    , deployment automation, and DevOps collaboration.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues related to
    network provisioning
    .
  • Prepare and maintain
    technical documentation
    , architecture diagrams, and coding standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure strong engineering practices across the team.

Essential Skills

  • 8–10 years of strong hands-on experience in
    Java EE
    ,
    Spring Boot
    , and microservices architecture.
  • Solid experience in
    Cisco NSO
    , OSS provisioning, and network automation workflows.
  • Proficiency with
    YANG models
    , service templates, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, especially in network provisioning environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to
    Netbox
    ,
    ServiceNow
    , or other inventory/workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, telecom domain, and OSS/BSS frameworks.
  • Experience mentoring or leading development teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
