Senior Digital Project Manager
to join our software division in our headquarters in Stilling, Denmark.

In this role, you will drive ambitious software projects and act as the essential link between our clients and development teams. Your mission is to ensure progress, quality, and long-term value in every delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

  • Plan and manage digital projects with clear goals, milestones, timelines, and budgets – using both agile and classic frameworks.
  • Define and control project scope and proactively manage risks to prevent scope creep.
  • Establish transparent governance structures and ensure clear, structured reporting.
  • Monitor budgets and secure efficiency and cost control across all project phases.
  • Drive quality assurance and oversee end-to-end delivery execution.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Manage diverse stakeholder groups and communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels.
  • Translate business needs into concrete technical requirements and ensure team alignment.
  • Present updates, risks, and value propositions clearly and convincingly.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, architects, and testers.
  • Allocate resources effectively across multiple parallel projects.
  • Foster a collaborative, learning-driven environment with room for growth.

What we are looking for:

  • 5–7+ years of experience leading software or digitalization projects in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong background within industrial or engineering-focused software.
  • Experience from consulting firms or software houses
  • Proven success with both agile and traditional project models.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO).
  • PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a strong plus.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Technical & Leadership Skills

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and QA processes.
  • Ability to discuss architecture, integrations, and dependencies at a high level.
  • Strong communication, structured problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Proactive, accountable, and comfortable navigating both structured and agile setups.

  • Project Management: MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana
  • Agile Facilitation: Jira, Miro, Mural
  • Collaboration: Teams, Slack, Confluence
  • Documentation & Risk Management: SharePoint, Confluence, structured PM tools
