Purpose of the role:
The Content Marketing Program Manager ensures that Templafy's content strategy directly supports pipeline generation by combining content strategy ownership with content project management. This role aligns cross-team content needs with demand generation priorities and ensures the efficient (i) request (ii) delivery and (iii) activation of high-quality content assets.
Who will you be working with:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Marketing Program Manager for Demand Generation to join our marketing team at Templafy. You will join a friendly and proactive international marketing team of four, with three members based in Copenhagen and one in our NY office. The Manager, VP of Global Demand and Growth Marketing, is located in Copenhagen. You will operate as part of the Demand Generation team within the larger marketing team.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Content Program Manager for Demand Generation to join our marketing team at Templafy. This role combines content strategy with content project management, ensuring that our content efforts are both impactful and efficiently executed. As the Marketing Content Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing the content calendar, coordinating content creation across multiple teams, and managing the processes that ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
You will act as the central liaison between the demand generation team, product marketing, and our creative team, ensuring that all content supports pipeline generation and aligns with our go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to translate content initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
What you will do:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy and calendar for demand generation aligned with always-on, ABM, product and sales priorities.
- Help define key content themes, initiatives, and formats to support the buyer journey, together with the respective channel owners
- Partner with the creative team and product marketing to ensure consistency and alignment across channels and needs
- Ensure scalability and re-usability of content to maximize impact and reduce waste
Content Project Management & Operations
- Manage requests, prioritization, and execution of content requests from across the demand generation team.
- Develop strategies for integrating AI into workflows and processes
- Coordinate workflows between the demand generation team, creative team, product marketing and potentially agencies
- Support in the brief creation process and project manage the process from request through to activation, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain visibility of the content pipeline and ensure smooth handoff of assets to relevant stakeholders.
Cross-Channel Content Activation
- Ensure content is effectively activated across the website, sales, digital channels, events, and campaigns.
- Support internal enablement by ensuring teams have easy access to content libraries and campaign materials.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Establish KPIs for content effectiveness and track performance across engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Provide regular reporting on content performance, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations – particularly to the creative team.
- Continuously refine content strategy based on performance data and evolving business priorities.
KPIs
- Strategic impact: Content-influenced pipeline and revenue contribution; number of opportunities influenced by content.
- Operational efficiency: Percentage of content delivered on time; volume of content delivered per quarter vs. plan; reduction in content request bottlenecks.
- Engagement: content engagement and conversions across channels. Website traffic and SEO rankings for content
- Conversion: Content-driven MQLs and opportunities, lead-to-opportunity conversion rates from assets.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on content strategy, demand generation, or project management.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with marketing platforms – examples include Salesforce, Pardot, DreamData, and advertising platforms such as LinkedIn and Google ads.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights with proven experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance strategy with execution.
