Responsibilities within our Commissioning & Operation team

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. You possess a systematic approach with sense for details, enjoy working collaboratively, and are motivated by contributing to impactful energy projects. If you meet the criteria below, we would love to hear from you.

· Lead and coordinate commissioning and operational activities on energy projects.

· Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and manuals.

· Conduct start-up safety reviews and ensure process and electrical isolations are properly managed.

· Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

· Collaborate closely with clients, site managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

· Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality assurance protocols.

Your Experience & Skills

We are looking for a qualified professional with a strong engineering background and proven experience in commissioning and operational activities within the energy sector. The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable team player, capable of leading complex projects and communicating effectively in an international environment. A willingness to travel for business purposes is essential.

· Holds a degree in engineering (preferably discipline within energy, marine or process).

· Minimum 5 years of experience with commissioning and operations activities in the energy sector.

· Demonstrates strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

· Communicates effectively in English (Danish is a plus).

· Is proactive, systematic, flexible, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

· Able to travel a total of 4-8 weeks annually as required by business needs.
