What will your responsibilities include?

You will:

  • Organize and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage maintenance plans (corrective, preventive, predictive).
  • Oversee machinery and production lines to maintain high efficiency.
  • Lead improvement projects in collaboration with Operations and Production teams.

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
  • Knowledge of Electronics and Automation is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level is essential).
  • Willingness to relocate internationally.
  • A proactive mindset, with ambition, commitment, and a passion for learning.
