About the job
As Solution Architect, you'll be part of a cross-functional department of internal and external professionals located in multiple European countries, assigned to agile delivery teams. You'll work closely with Product Owners, management, Solution Leads and Specialists, to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose digital solutions. Your expertise will help drive change, optimize our technical landscape, and continuously improve value, processes and systems - where the ultimate success criteria is impressed, happy, and efficient users. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who thrives in transformation and technical development, and who brings strong cross-organizational collaboration skills and a business oriented mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and optimizing solution architecture for business-critical applications.
- Leading service design phases and maintaining technical documentation.
- Mapping IT services to business capabilities and supporting technical portfolio development.
- Ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality solutions and business value.
Who are you?

You have:
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT solution architecture.
- Strong skills in solution design, technical documentation, and business value creation.
- Experience in one or more of our application areas: QMS, HRIS, ITSM, or CWS.
- Preferable experience with our platforms: Veeva, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Portfolio Management Software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating across teams, business units, and management groups.
- Structured, analytical, and able to manage from high-level architecture to detailed technical design (proven in previous corporate initiatives such as solution platform deliveries).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish.
