Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Copenhagen, focusing on the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market, ideally Polish speaking.
About the role
As an SDR, you will generate new business opportunities by prospecting via phone, email, and social media. You will engage with potential customers across CEE, setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You'll have access to the tools, data, and training needed to succeed, and as the first touchpoint for many of our future customers, you'll play a critical role in shaping their first impression of Keepit and our cloud-native data backup and recovery platform.
You will:
Drive pipeline generation and awareness in the CEE market through outbound calls, email, and social media.
Identify and book qualified meetings with key decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies for CEE.
Act as a brand ambassador for Keepit, ensuring a professional and positive first interaction.
About you
Fluent in Polish (other CEE languages a plus) and comfortable working in English in an international environment.
Strong commercial drive and experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
Background in sales development, inside sales, or another customer-facing role.
Confident in outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Proactive, structured, and target-driven approach to building pipeline.
Collaborative, ambitious, and motivated to grow professionally.
