As a Training Manager at ZO Skin Health, you will support experienced skincare practitioners & internal team with engaging specialist education on and offline to enable long term loyalty and business growth. This role is pivotal in developing our skincare practitioner's skills, ensuring they achieve the best results for their patients using ZO Skin Health products. You will work in close collaboration with the Sales team, act as a brand ambassador to convert, engage, connect, and support accounts to become enthusiastic advocates, endorsing ZO Skin Health education, and strengthening our community of Clinical Skin Health experts.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue growth within your market by working closely with the sales team via efficiently delivering value adding Education across multiple touchpoints including in-clinic, via ZO Skin Health offices and virtually
- Cultivate strong relationships with in-clinic teams to ensure the ZO Skin health company is the preferred partner
- Support the sales team on maintaining existing and developing new account business through Best-in-Class clinical training of ZO Skin Health products, protocols and treatment courses
- Demonstrate, train, present, and communicate both on and offline to bring the brand's core messages and education curriculum to life across all touchpoints.
- Work with the sales team to execute the educational strategy within the targeted accounts
- Collaborate with marketing on the development and execution of the marketing plans, through the educational point of view
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and be the center of product expertise by ensuring the teams are trained in products, new launches and regional educational strategy
- Understand commercial business and sales tactics to coach high potential clinic owners/managers on business strategy & growth within their business
- Present new products, promotions and education opportunities during internal and external meetings
- Track and monitor training attendance and engagement, submitting reports with accuracy for management review
- Stay informed about the market, brands, and customers to ensure the collection of relevant market intelligence
Key Skills & Competencies
- 3+ years field and education experience within the aesthetics sector (desired) and/or professional skincare industry.
- Excellent presentation skills; including the confidence to present to large groups in a face-to-face and virtual environment.
- Self-motivator with strong planning skills to maximize productivity time to support KPI achievements
- Demonstrate organized, solution-orientated thinking & actions.
- Skilled in listening and adapting to various interpersonal styles, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with clinic owners/managers
- Enthusiastic about the aesthetics and skincare industry, with a keen eye for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations
- Support the sales team to ensure the country achieves the overall target
- This role requires frequent travel time (incl. overnight stays)
Experience & Qualifications
- Requirement of qualification will be market dependent –
- Existing network within aesthetic clinics and skin professionals is advantageous.
- Full proficiency level in English language and Danish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full, clean driving license required.
