Role and impact
As our new Senior Internal Communications Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in fostering engagement and a shared sense of purpose across Topsoe. You will drive and execute our internal channel strategy, collaborating closely with stakeholders from Strategy, HR, IT, and other key functions to support internal strategy execution and sense-making.

Furthermore, you will

• Act as an internal editor
• Manage our content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging flow of news articles, feature stories and video content across our channels
• Proactively source stories from across the organization
• Advise on optimal channel use for maximum impact and stay updated on SharePoint developments to enhance the user experience of our global news site.

Your work will directly contribute to maintaining motivation and excitement among colleagues, making you a central figure in our internal communications efforts.

What You'll Bring
You are passionate about internal communication and storytelling, bringing positive energy and an open, solution-oriented mindset to your work. Your natural curiosity enables you to translate complex technical information into accessible content for colleagues with diverse backgrounds. You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong internal networks and working seamlessly with stakeholders on projects and campaigns.

You have a degree in communication, social sciences, journalism or a related field, and experience in internal communication—ideally within a global organization. Your professional pride, resourcefulness and ability to prioritize ensure you deliver high-quality results even in dynamic settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Danish are essential.
