About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and structured Executive Operations Lead to join our Strategy & Transformation team in Copenhagen.

In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone of the entire leadership team, enabling the C-suite and the Head of Strategy & Transformation to operate at maximum efficiency and impact. You will ensure alignment, structure, and momentum across the company's most important initiatives — bringing clarity and execution power to strategic priorities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Coordination: Own and manage the annual wheel of leadership activities, ensuring time and focus are aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the coordination hub between senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and preparation for key meetings.
  • Operational Execution: Support the C-suite with project management, analysis, reporting, and presentation materials.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and ensure the leadership team operates efficiently.
  • Proactive Presence: Be both physically and digitally available — ready to anticipate needs and create structure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Profile

Practical Details
  • Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
  • Reports to: Head of Strategy & Transformation
  • Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week, excl. lunch)
