Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based in Copenhagen Municipality. The Sales Associate will manage customer interactions, provide product expertise, and support clients in selecting suitable lighting solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer relationships, meeting sales targets, answering inquiries, and assisting with showrooms or displays. You will also act as a brand ambassador, offering top-tier service and representing LIGHT-POINT's values and design philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, with a strong ability to assist clients and build positive relationships.
  • Knowledge of lighting products, design aesthetics, or interior decor is highly preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to actively engage with clients and team members.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills for managing sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in relevant software or tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
