The Role: Architect and Owner of the Employee Journey
At atNorth, we believe that the promise we make to candidates during recruitment must be fully realized in their daily reality.
We are looking for an experienced People Experience & Employer Branding Manager to act as the guardian of our external reputation and the architect of our internal employee journey.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will have the autonomy to build a Nordic onboarding standard and a global Employer Branding strategy from the ground up.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will directly shape how the talent market perceives atNorth and how our employees experience their first 180 days and beyond.

Key responsibilities:
Employer Branding & EVP Ownership
- Own and develop the Nordic Employer Branding strategy to ensure a credible and consistent brand across all countries and entities.
- Create and execute a roadmap for recruitment marketing and digital content that showcases our culture to the Nordic tech and infrastructure markets.
- Build bridges with schools and universities to secure our future talent through internships and graduate programs.
The Employee Journey & Experience
- Design and maintain a seamless, global onboarding program from contract signature through the first six months, ensuring cultural and technical integration.
- Translate atNorth values into concrete behaviors and leadership practices, ensuring they stick and remain part of our DNA as we scale.
- Plan and execute internal events and milestones that nurture a sense of belonging and keep the company connected and engaged.
Insights, eNPS & Wellbeing
- Lead our Great Place to Work initiatives, turning monthly wellbeing surveys into concrete action plans.
- Work closely with the People Team to drive and improve our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score). You will own this as a primary KPI, analyzing trends to improve employee happiness and retention.
- Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without formal authority to drive engagement.
Your profile:
You are a people person with a marketing brain. You understand that a strong Employer Brand is built on genuine satisfaction, not slogans.
You excel at taking a blank canvas and building structured programs that are both operationally sound and creatively inspiring.
- 7+ years within Employer Branding, Employee Experience, People Operations, or Marketing.
- You have taken an area from scratch to operational excellence in an international or Nordic-wide organization.
- Experience working with engagement tools (GPTW, eNPS) and turning survey insights into measurable business impact.
- Professional fluency in English is required; a Nordic language is a strong advantage.
- Strategic enough to design a multi-year roadmap, but execution-oriented enough to be a doer who hits deadlines.
