Your seat to fill:
- Implement sales strategies to successfully promote and sell CYBEX strollers to B2B retailers across Jutland and Funen within the juvenile industry.
- Ensure product merchandising and point-of-sale materials follow established brand guidelines.
- Plan and participate in sales events, including occasional weekend activities (1–2 Saturdays per month, with corresponding weekdays off to maintain a 5-day work week).
- Encourage and support retailers in creating social media content and executing sales-driving initiatives.
- Deliver structured coaching and product training sessions to retailers and relevant partners (e.g., influencers) in accordance with CYBEX training guidelines.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and customized consultations, acting as a trusted business partner.
- Identify and engage potential new customers, initiating partnerships where relevant.
- Analyze sales performance, stock levels, and forecasts, and effectively manage and follow up on budgets.
- Develop and implement business and activity plans with retailers in collaboration with the General Manager Category.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing key insights internally and externally.
- Support the marketing team with distributing materials across the retailer network.

- Relevant experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales, ideally within retail, FMCG, luxury, or technical goods industries.
- Interest in technology, innovation, and the latest industry and fashion trends.
- Motivation to contribute to strengthening the position of Cybex Wheelgoods in the market.
- Strong understanding of premium and luxury markets, with a proven ability to promote and sell products effectively.
- Proficiency in Danish and English with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-driven mindset with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently from a remote or home office.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented personality with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Availability to work 1–2 Saturdays per month, with equivalent weekdays off to maintain a 5-day work week.
