About the role

As Property & Rental Coordinator, you will play a central and hands-on role in the daily operations of our 147 residential apartments and assist with the coordination of our 639 student units. You'll be the link between residents, vendors and internal teams, ensuring the property is well-maintained, operations run smoothly, and our tenants are well cared for.

Working hours are primarily Monday–Friday 9 AM to 5 PM but can vary in connection with apartment viewings. It's therefore important that you are flexible and able to adapt to agreed time frames, which are coordinated internally within the team in advance.

Key responsibilities

Property Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate daily property operations across all residential units, including following up on leads.
  • Manage communication with vendors, contractors, and cleaning teams.
  • Support with scheduling and tracking inspections, repairs, and service requests.
  • Coordinate and perform move-ins and move-outs inspections.
  • Maintain accurate property, rental, and vendor records.
  • Support with budgeting, reporting, and invoice processing.

Rental of Residential Apartments

  • Coordinate the leasing process from inquiry to move-out.
  • Schedule and host apartment viewings / open houses, prepare rental documents, and assist with the onboarding of new residents.
  • Monitor rent payments and help resolve tenant issues promptly.
Marketing & Occupancy Support

  • Ensure that all available apartments are attractively and accurately listed across all internal and external channels, showcasing each property at its best to maximise visibility and occupancy.
  • Monitor availability and ensure listings are always compelling and up-to-date.
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing to support occupancy.

Legal & Compliance Support

  • Prepare and maintain rental agreements and tenant documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
