About the role

We are looking for a student assistant to join our team of 19 passionate Management Assistants and students.

As a team, we are dedicated to supporting the management team in NNE through high-quality assistance and collaboration.

Your contribution will be important in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing valuable support to managers across the organization.

We imagine that you have completed STX, HTX, HHX or HF and are currently in a gap year, looking for a full-time position until summer 2027 at the earliest. The position is located at our office in Kalundborg.

How you might spend your days

As Student Assistant, your working days will be busy but also fun, challenging and exciting and you'll be:

• Onboarding and recruiting employees in our HR system
• Providing support for anniversaries, retirements and to our international colleagues coming to DK
• Assisting with timecards, expenses, and travel arrangements
• Planning and coordinating meetings and internal event
  Executing of various ad hoc and picoline-related tasks

What you bring to the role

In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:

• You have strong communication skills in both spoken and written Danish & English
• You are familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint e.g.) and not afraid to learn new IT systems
• You have completed STX, HTX, HHX and HF
  You have a driver's license
