Here is what the job entails
As our Commercial Product Manager for Advanced Software and Services, you will work cross-functionally to optimize the product lifecycle of our Heating/Cooling solutions. Your goal will be to align product development with market demands, customer needs, and revenue targets. You will be responsible for driving the commercial aspects of our product portfolio — including product launches and lifecycle management.
- Managing full product lifecycle from idea to end-of-life – including market-driven development, launches, and discontinuation
- Driving product discovery and portfolio optimization projects in collaboration with our customers, sales and marketing
- Owning commercial roadmap and business cases, including pricing to ensure profitability and market alignment
- Working with colleagues across the organization, training sales as well as customer support to succeed
- Challenging status quo to ensure continuity of commercially viable solutions
You will be at the forefront of decision-making, steering the direction of our products and solutions. In this role, you will have both the mandate to act and the responsibility to make impactful decisions — helping our customers adapt to a more sustainable future.
Meet your future team
Reporting directly to our Head of Commercial Product Management, you will join a team of seven skilled colleagues dedicated to delivering smart metering solutions and services to our markets. The team combines a strong commercial focus with solid technical understanding to drive profitability and support our customers in achieving energy efficiency and advancing the green transition.
As part of the Product Management organization for Heating/Cooling solutions, we bring diverse backgrounds — from deep technical expertise to strategic commercial insight. This diversity ensures high quality and fosters a culture that values challenging the status quo.

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate individual who brings a profound drive to deliver winning and value-adding solutions to the green transition. You have a natural drive and approach tasks with an "outside-in" perspective. Ideally, you bring experience from working in a matrix organization within an international setting.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial product management or business development with stakeholder management across all levels
- Have a strong commercial understanding combined with a high technical interest – or vice versa
- Are an effective communicator who excels in building and maintaining strong relationships
- Can translate complex technical information into clear messages for a broad audience
As we are an international organization, fluency in English is essential.
