About The Role
The Digital Project Manager will play a critical role in leading our digital projects across the Nordics and UK ensuring an E2E digital, no-touch experience within operations as a starting point. You will work with many different units across different countries and you will have a say in which project to proceed with next depending on your cost benefit analysis.

In 2026, the main focus will be on Customer Service digitalization and automation. Other projects to follow could be PIM, product data automation, sales efficiency tools, CRM and similar. The projects will be decided year on year basis.

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

  • Scope and plan the projects and its deliverables
  • Set KPIs and metrics based on business case
  • Deliver the projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards
  • Stakeholder management
  • Project follow up after delivery
  • Identify project pipeline and impact
  • Steering / driving the local teams towards agreed targets
  • Product owner – GO Autonomous

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

  • Understanding data and how it flows across systems to be able to run a digital project across many units including IT and Digital Development
  • Drive decisions based on data
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with digital project management
  • Structured person
  • Proficient in English and Danish languages, both written and verbal
