You will lead key talent and operations processes, driving efficiency and organizational culture.

Responsibilities and more:

Responsibilities:

* Lead the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of drivers through Indeed and other platforms.

* Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.

* Track training, attendance, and time-off requests; assist with timecards, payroll processing, and related inquiries.

* Support benefits administration, including health insurance, childcare services, workers' compensation claims, and return-to-work programs.

* Coordinate scheduling, shifts, meetings, routes, and other operational activities.

* Review and approve PTO requests, and manage engagement initiatives such as birthdays, gifting, and bonus programs.

* Reconcile invoices, collect receipts, track inventory, and place purchase orders as needed.

* Audit HR and operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

* Draft internal company email communications and announcements.

* Respond to employee inquiries as the primary point of contact and escalate issues appropriately.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and local labor laws.

* Prepare reports, complete forms, and submit required documentation to management or regulatory bodies.

* Assist in scheduling and supporting annual performance reviews.

* Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in ADP and Microsoft Excel.

* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

* Ability to work between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Saturday/Sunday.

* English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

* Near-native to native English accent preferred.

Work Schedule:

* Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours.

* Scheduled Working Days: Monday to Saturday/Sunday.

* Daily Working Time: between 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
