We combine speed, compliance, and customer care to create a smooth onboarding journey for our business customers. And now, we're looking for a Senior Welcoming Specialist to join the team and take our business onboarding to the next level.

With our own banking license, we go head-to-head with traditional banks. What will you do?

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new business customers, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient experience.

  • Use your solid KYC and AML expertise to identify and mitigate risks while maintaining speed and accuracy.

  • Handle complex cases independently using our custom-built case management system.

  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) team to ensure we meet all regulatory requirements.

  • Be a trusted sparring partner for junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and driving team excellence.

  • Participate in team and management meetings, contributing insights to improve workflows and shape upcoming automation efforts.

  • Bring a performance-driven mindset — helping us continue to break records in both volume and quality

  • You have 2+ years of experience within KYC, AML, or customer onboarding — ideally from a large financial institution or a regulated fintech.

  • You're fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with autonomy.

  • You take pride in your attention to detail, structure, and risk awareness.

  • You're motivated by winning as a team and pushing yourself — and others — to deliver top-tier results.

  • You're based in Copenhagen and ready to work office-first with a passionate team around you.
