Do you have a true passion for building the best possible backend solutions? As a Senior .NET developer at Conference Manager, you'll play a key part in driving the our API forward and continuously improve our backend services.

Core Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in ensuring our software solution is meeting our SLA. You will also have a huge impact on our ability to rapidly release improvements and fix bugs by ensuring our developers have the right tools available and are able to run as fast as possible.

You will work with:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using .NET (C#).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of our SaaS platform.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
  • Continuously improve our development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
Your team

Conference manager is in a growing phase where teams are changing to allow for faster scale-up. We are aiming for faster development cycles with early feedback from stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in helping with this transformation together with developers and designers.

Do you have what it takes?

To succeed in this role, the preferred candidate should ideally also have experience in some of the following areas:

  • Strong experience (5+ years) with .NET (C#).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server or similar).
  • Experience with converting old codebases.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
