Join us as our new student assistant

You will join the Global CMO Management team within Supply Chain, responsible for managing our external manufacturing footprint and virtual plant management.

Welcome to Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO)

The CMO team is overseeing relationships with CMO globally and ensures our customers and internal manufacturing sites experience predictable operational processes that deliver the right product quality and service on time, in full, and at the right cost.

In this role, you'll make an impact by:

• Updating and maintaining documents, presentations, templates, and supporting materials for Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)

• Performing document review, information alignment, and communication with CMO Managers globally

• Conducting ad hoc updates for new CMOs and quarterly maintenance checks

• Assisting in risk assessment by supporting improved data collection and assessment in collaboration with key stakeholders

• Supporting the setup of mitigation plans, templates, and tracking

• Handling various ad hoc tasks such as assisting with meetings, catering, and other practical tasks

The primary stakeholder landscape will be the Global CMO Management team. On an ad hoc basis, other global internal stakeholders may be involved, while external relations will be very limited.

Additionally, you will play a key supporting role identifying and managing risks associated with the CMO landscape and operational risks at individual CMOs.

To succeed you must hold:

• A relevant educational background, for example, being a student within areas such as international business relations, supply chain management, or engineering. It will be an advantage to have or seek an understanding of product flow within a value chain and the business aspect of having external production

• Relevant professional skills, including experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for juggling data

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; other languages are a plus

We are looking for someone who is proactive, open, independent and diligent. You should be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A good sense of humor is also a plus, as it should be fun to go to work.
