What will your day look like?

As a Growth Associate at VML MAP, you will be an essential part of our Growth Enablement team, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation in commercial growth. Your days will be dynamic and focused on: 

• Opportunity Support:  Proactively assist in identifying, documenting, and qualifying potential opportunities across the WPP/VML network. 
• Commercial & Strategic Preparation: Support budget estimations, commercial modelling, SOW preparation, and organize strategic inputs for pursuits.
• Documentation & Reporting:  Meticulous in maintaining accurate trackers, resourcing overviews, and pursuit documentation; contribute to commercial management.  
• Internal & Network Engagement: Participate in internal and network conversations, gaining exposure to strategic discussions.  
• Process Optimization: Help document and standardize pursuit and transition workflows.
• Seamless Transitions: Support smooth handovers of opportunities to pitch, onboarding, or client teams.
• Connecting & Organizing: Act as a vital connector, ensuring opportunities are well-organized, documented, and positioned for success. 

Who are you going to work with?

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, learning directly from experienced professionals: 

• The Growth Enablement Team: Your immediate team, including Growth Leads, providing mentorship and guidance.
• WPP/VML Network & Internal VML MAP Teams: Gaining exposure to our vast global network and collaborating with various internal stakeholders. 

What do you bring to the table?

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a keen desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced growth environment. Moreover, someone who is strong in administrative support such as scheduling, owning correspondence, as well as taking ownership of documents and processes. In addition, we are looking for:  

• Tools: Strong skills within Excel and PowerPoint.  
• Foundational business knowledge: Solid business understanding easily gaining knowledge of VML MAP delivery processes and partner platform fundamentals. 
• Communication & Organization: Clear, structured communication both written and verbal as well as strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Mindset: Curious, proactive, eager to learn e.g. foundational interest in our ecosystem (VML/WPP, Adobe, Salesforce, Braze).
• Work Ethic: Reliable, accountable, and delivers high-quality work consistently.
• Collaboration & Adaptability: Builds strong internal networks, collaborates effectively, and is quick to learn new concepts and tools. 

This role is intended for those beginning their careers; we're seeking applicants who demonstrate a growth mindset rather than extensive experience. We also welcome master's students nearing graduation to apply
