Social Media Executive
to lead and execute our paid social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing our paid social media efforts through data-driven strategies, campaign management, and strategic planning. This position is based in our Copenhagen office. Candidates must have existing work eligibility and be located in Copenhagen to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Own and implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy to drive growth and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and execute high-performing paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team, providing data-driven insights to inform and optimize copy, visuals, and multimedia asset production.
  • Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify successful creatives, targeting strategies, and messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure Reva Group remains ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in social media advertising and digital marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads and TikTok.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling paid social strategies that impact core business metrics (e.g., lead generation, subscription growth).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and bid strategies effectively.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and design tools is a plus.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
