IT Support Specialist, Helpdesk

Your role in our team

As our new IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the business with your technical expertise and ensuring the stable operation of our IT environment. The position includes operational tasks within production and providing user support for complex technical issues that go beyond our first-line helpdesk.

You will be part of the technical team, Infrastructure & Automation, consisting of 60 dedicated colleagues. The team is collaborative and supportive, providing a perfect environment to share ideas, participate in teamwork, and learn through diverse and critical tasks.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production systems and infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with colleagues and external vendors
• Providing advanced technical support to end-users
• Contributing to the optimization of systems, processes, and workflows
• Participating in projects and the implementation of new technological solutions
• This role requires strong technical insight, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and business needs.

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not required. We are looking for a colleague who:

• Has an educational background in IT support, Data Technician or a similar field
• Ideally has a minimum of three years of relevant experience working with both software and hardware
• Has experience in a technical environment, preferably within the security industry
• Possesses other relevant job-specific skills or certifications
• Has solid experience with AD user management, INTUNE, and network troubleshooting (Cisco SDA)
• Is skilled in PC administration, including software installation, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance, as well as printer administration, installation, and debugging

Moreover, it is essential to have excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills when working with a variety of different stakeholders. Additionally, you must be capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
