INVESTMENT ROLE FOR NORDIC PRIVATE EQUITY REAL ESTATE FIRM

Are you eager to be part of a Nordic private equity real estate firm and passionate about working with direct real estate investments? Alma Property Partners is seeking a motivated and analytically strong Investment Associate to join our investment team in Copenhagen. The role offers a rare opportunity to work close to decision-making in an experienced Nordic real estate private equity platform and gain full exposure to the entire value chain of direct real estate investments — from sourcing and underwriting to value creation and exits.

The Position

As an Investment Associate, you will join the Danish investment team in Copenhagen and collaborate closely with colleagues in Stockholm and Helsinki. You will take an active role across the full investment cycle and contribute directly to the execution and performance of the portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Screening and evaluating new investment opportunities

• Underwriting, financial modelling, and scenario analysis

• Participation in due diligence, transaction and financing processes

• Preparing materials and analysis for the Investment Committee and senior stakeholders

• Supporting value-creation initiatives and asset business plans

• Contributing to exits, refinancings, and other liquidity events

• Handling ad hoc tasks and supporting team processes as needed

In a small and experienced team, you will quickly take on responsibility, gain visibility, and work closely with both the Danish Country Head and senior team members across the Nordic platform. The position is full-time and based in central Copenhagen. Some travel within the Nordic region may be required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 3–4 years of relevant experience from real estate private equity, real estate transactions, corporate finance, investment banking, alternative investments, or management consulting.

We expect that you have:

• A Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

• Strong financial modelling skills and high analytical ability

• Experience with transaction processes and commercial assessments

• The ability to communicate complex information clearly

• A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style

• Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English

• A genuine interest in financial markets and private equity real estate investing

• A positive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset
