About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that strengthen BlackstoneOne's visibility across the Nordic region.

You will coordinate campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other paid channels, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with our sales strategy.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and the sales team to optimize campaigns, track performance, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across IinkedIn, Meta, Google ads, and other online channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment between paid campaigns and sales outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute, analyze, and refine campaigns.
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rates) and provide regular performance insights.
  • Support sales enablement by creating content and assets that help generate and nurture leads.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows and landing pages.
  • Contribute to strategy development for expanding BlackstoneOne's digital presence across the Nordics.
  • Beyond your marketing and online skills, we value a sharp visual sense and the ability to create or ensure clean, well-designed layouts.

About You

We are looking for a results-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, and external partners.
  • Fluent in English, and ideally in one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
  • A proactive mindset with curiosity for technology and cybersecurity trends.
