Are you ready to lead integration development in a global organization? At DSV, we're looking for a Lead Developer to join our Internal Integration Services team—driving platform evolution, supporting high-impact projects, and shaping the future of enterprise integrations.

About The Role
As Lead Developer, you'll be part of a skilled international team responsible for developing and maintaining integrations across DSV's internal platforms. You'll play a key role in platform migration, foundational architecture, assist to adopt development best practices & stakeholder collaboration. With the potential to step into a team lead position, you'll help prioritize initiatives and guide technical direction.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to platform migration and foundational component development (e.g., EPIS which is DSV's global integration platform plumbing).
• Manage task prioritization and board coordination for the Core Team.
• Assist to triage production incidents with the help of Support team and root cause analysis.
• Drive high-priority projects e.g. Enterprise Data Platform, ensuring platform capabilities meet business needs.
• Assist management with reporting, presentations, and strategic input.
• Collaborate with Compliance during audits and certification processes.
• Aligning development processes with DSV's Secure Software Development Life Cycle.
• Promote best practices and internal training to ensure consistent team capabilities.
• Provide technical sparring and support to developers and team leaders.
• Act as SME in message-based integrations and platform capabilities.
• Liaise across Development, Support, DevOps, and Platform teams.
• Explore emerging technologies and identify areas for improvement.

Professional Competencies

• Quickly absorbing new knowledge and contributing effectively to projects.
• Skilled at simplifying and communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal communicator with fluency in English; Danish is an advantage.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on team development and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban).
• Background in transport and logistics is a plus but not required.
• Ownership-driven with a focus on production stability and security.
• Open to dialogue and diverse perspectives, while confident in presenting and defending well-founded positions.

• IBM App Connect Enterprise 12+
• Java, SQL
• IBM MQ, Kafka
• Kubernetes
• Azure Cloud / AWS
• Integration development (BizTalk experience is a plus)

Your Background

• Proven experience developing enterprise solutions
• Hands-on expertise with integration middleware
• Relevant degree in IT or a related field
