With strong potential and momentum, a clear product vision, an upcoming US expansion, we are now hiring a modern, strategic, and people-centered CFO to help steer the next stage of our growth.

The Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

You will be the CEO's closest strategic partner, strengthening Anthill's financial foundation, accelerating our SaaS transition, and preparing the company for future investor engagement).

This is a role for a finance leader who can zoom out to strategy, zoom in to details, and move the company forward with clarity and confidence.

Your Mission

Lead Anthill's financial performance, operational governance, and investor readiness as we scale from a hybrid Service/SaaS to a high-value, SaaS-driven PharmaTech & Insight company.

You'll combine hands-on execution with strategic leadership — building SaaS metrics, strengthening processes & tools setup, and turning financial insight into growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Leadership & Transformation

2. Lead the shift from project-based revenue to SaaS recurring revenue (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, churn).

3. Build and maintain reporting aligned with Cash EBITDA, ARR growth, and product/service profitability.

4. Drive integrated business planning across financial and operational functions.

5. Operational Excellence

6. Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial control.

7. Build scalable processes and systems fit for a tech-oriented organization.

8. Strengthen risk management, compliance, and multi-geography governance.

9. Strategic Business Partnering

10. Work closely with the Anthill Management Team colleagues CEO, CPTO, CRO, and extended leadership group.

11. Turn data into decisions through actionable financial insights.

12. Ensure resource allocation and ROI discipline across Product, Tech, and Commercial.

13. Investor & Board Engagement

14. Serve as primary financial counterpart to the Board and investors.

15. Prepare Anthill for PE or M&A processes: clean books, forecasting, data room readiness.

16. Support valuation-building initiatives and scenario modelling.

17. People & Culture

18. Lead and develop the Finance function (2-3 FTE).

19. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.

20. Act as a culture carrier for Anthill's tech, digital, and data-first direction.

21. Legal, HR & Internal office IT

22. Responsible for internal office IT (1 FTE)

23. Coordinate legal and HR responsibilities with trusted external partners.

Who You Are

A modern finance leader with a SaaS mindset, transformation experience, and the ability to build trust across teams and investors.

You likely bring:

Experience

• 10+ years in senior finance roles (CFO, VP Finance, Head of FP&A, etc.).
• Background in SaaS or subscription business models — you know ARR/NRR/CAC/LTV deeply.
• Experience in preparing a company for PE/VC processes or strategic M&A.
• Comfortable driving change in a scale-up or transformation environment.
• Exposure to international operations (EU/US) is a plus.
