Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across all SAP environments and integration platforms
• Define and maintain high standards for cost-efficient support, operations, and maintenance in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
• Guide execution within the SAP standard portfolio, ensuring compliance with data ownership, SOD, and GDPR
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to SAP delivery teams
• Drive strategic development and roadmaps for SAP ecosystem
• Align architecture with enterprise vision, IT strategy, and security requirements
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and support demand management
• Lead technical assessments and vendor selection for sustainable solutions
• Govern internal SAP teams and external partners to ensure architectural integrity
• Manage SAP license strategy and cost optimization in collaboration with procurement
• Participate in enterprise architecture committees and governance forums

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned professional with profound experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture roles. You should bring deep expertise in enterprise and modern data architecture, along with a strong understanding of SAP backend technologies, including SAP BTP. Experience in integration architecture - particularly with SAP CI and Azure is essential.

The ideal candidate combines excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate complex technical decisions. You work in a structured, collaborative, and delivery-focused manner, ensuring that projects move forward efficiently. Finally, flexibility to travel to locations such as Flensburg, Osterrönfeld, or Hamburg is required.
