Take a global quality perspective and ensure adequate level at our Pilot Plant

Being a Quality Specialist at our Pilot Plant is a diverse job. Ensure the adequate quality for our Pilot Plant to enable delivery for the marked while also running a high number of innovations projects. 5 other Quality Specialists will be welcoming you to the team and together the task will be to engage quality on different aspects of the value stream to ensure the best possible quality for the user and a first in class and effective high-volume production when the innovation project is launched. The products we work with range across ostomy, continence, wound and skin care but also includes electronics and embedded software solutions.  

As a QA Specialist at Pilot Plant we are aiming to be one team were we can support each other in all cases. We are working towards being agile to accommodate the needs for running a higher number of innovative initiatives. This requires close collaboration internally, with the huge stakeholder network at Pilot Plant but also globally with our other commercial production sites. 

Your tasks will be to:

• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Collaborate closely with R&D, global Manufacturing, and other departments to integrate quality assurance practices throughout the product development lifecycle
• Conduct thorough analysis of products to identify and mitigate risks before market release from a quality perspective
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing quality and efficiency in our processes
• Manage documentation and records to ensure transparency and traceability of quality assurance activities

You are known for your communication skills and willingness to meet at an adequate quality level. You are thrilled to work in a team where tasks are shared, and teamwork is a core function of your daily task. Go to gemba, be present and be physically present in your relation with the stakeholders (Specialist, skilled workers etc.).At last, you are motivated by being a specialist and act so in relation to bringing solutions for discussion and working independently.
