Hos Traede hjælper vi nogle af Nordens mest spændende mode- og livsstilsbrands med at styre deres B2B og B2C salg. Vi er en del af Duett Software Group og vokser hurtigt i hele Norden, og derfor søger vi nu en Customer Success Advisor til vores team i København.

Rollen

Som Customer Success Advisor bliver du det første kontaktpunkt, når vores kunder har spørgsmål eller udfordringer. Din opgave er at sikre en personlig, effektiv og løsningsorienteret service, og gøre det let og trygt for kunderne at bruge Traede.

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med resten af vores Customer Success team og måles på bl.a. svartider (SLA), ticket håndtering og kvaliteten af din kundedialog.

Eksempler på opgaver:

  • Besvare og løse kundehenvendelser via mail og telefon
  • Sikre at SLA'er og svartider overholdes for at sikre et højt serviceniveau
  • Analysere problemer og guide kunderne igennem løsninger
  • Gøre en ekstra indsats for at støtte kunderne i at løse deres udfordringer
  • Dele feedback internt, så vi hele tiden forbedrer produkt og processer
  • Bidrage til at holde vores vidensbase opdateret
Vi forestiller os, at du:
  • F.eks. har erfaring fra en back office-rolle med håndtering af kunder, ordrer, lager mv.
  • F.eks. har arbejdet med ERP eller økonomisystemer i en kundeservice- eller projektrolle
  • Trives i dialogen med mennesker og brænder for at skabe gode kundeoplevelser
  • Er nysgerrig og løsningsorienteret, og ikke bange for at tage ansvar
  • Har stærke kommunikationsevner, både skriftligt og mundtligt (dansk og engelsk)
  • Har flair for IT og hurtigt forstår begreber som webshop, lagerstyring og lignende
  • Er detaljeorienteret, struktureret og god til at samarbejde
